This product is made by the polymerization of the single bodies of the acrylic acid and unsaturated carboxylic acid. As a kind of effective watery thickening agent, it can thicken various kinds of the alkalinic water system. It has good features of thickening and flowage, while it has other good features such as stability, anti-corrosion, increasing the luminance brightness and few dosing. It has the dual functions of flowage and thickening. It is widely applied in the latex varnish, watery varnish in construction, for it can give the extremely good storage stability and construction viscosity, it can prevent the sediment and increase the leveling.
II. Technical indexes
0.5 – 2% of the total weight of the solid for the paintings
0.2 – 2% of the total weight of the solid for the latex and watery ink
Such amount should be adjusted according to the effect of densification after the experiments of the users.
IV. Package and storage
The package is the plastic barrel of 50 kg, iron barrel with 200kg with the plastic inside lining or customized on the request of the customers.
The product should be stored in the room with the temperature of 5 - 35℃. The direct sunlight and the explosion in the air for long time should be avoided, or the water will be vaporized and there will be skinning. The time length for storage is normally half year.
