This product is a kind of complex foam killer which doesn’t contain the organic silicon, it is the general foam killer with the excellent comprehensive performances. It can be applied in many fields, especially in eliminating the foams of the watery latex. It has the features of fast speed of foam eliminating, few using amount and the long-term effects of suppressing the formation of the foams. It has the good emulsification in the water, and will not make the paint film have the fish eye, holes. So it is widely used to eliminate the foams in the paint cloth for paper-making, watery polymembrane adhesive, latex and macromolecule bond. It can also used to eliminate the watery foam generated in the production and using of the chemical starch, polyvinyl alcohol, watery ink and other products. It can maintain the long-term ability of foam killing.
Latex production: It can be added during the grinding, half of the amount can be added during grinding, and the other half can be added after the production finishes. Recommended using amount: 0.1 – 0.3% for the internal wall and 0.3 – 0.8% for the external wall. Such using amount can be adjusted according to the effects of foam eliminating after experiments.
IV. Packaging and storage
The package is the plastic barrels of 10, 25, 50 and 120 kg.
The general storage period of this product is one year. After one year it can still be used if there is no deformation. There might be some delamination for this product if staying for long period, it can be used after the thorough mixing, and the effects will not be affected.
